Returns By Post

To return an item by post, follow the steps below. Please note, you will need to cover the cost of return postage. Read our Refund & Returns Policy for more information.

1) Fill out the returns form

Start your return process by filling out our returns form. Make sure you include your order number, and list the specific items you wish to return.

2) Post your return

Post your return to our address:

Nirvana Fitness & Martial Arts Academy, 60 Lockwood Scar, Lockwood, Huddersfield, HD4 6BW

Make sure you include the packing slip from your original order, so we know the package was sent by you.

3) Inspection & Refund

Once we’ve received your item, we will inspect it to ensure its in its original condition. We will then complete your refund, and notify you by email.

    Return Your Order In Person

    If you live in the vicinity of Huddersfield, you can return your order in-store free of charge.

    Please note, you will need to return your item during opening hours. Our usual opening hours are below:

    Monday: 9AM – 9PM
    Tuesday: 9AM – 9PM
    Wednesday: 9AM – 9PM
    Thursday: 9AM – 9PM
    Friday: 9AM – 9PM
    Saturday: 9AM – 4PM
    Sunday: 9AM – 2PM

    These hours differ on bank holidays. Feel free to give us a call on 07305 091 988 to double check on the day.

    Please note, your refund won’t be immediate and may take some time to process. You will be notified by email when your refund is complete.

    Exchange Your Item

    Exchanges are available for In-Store Returns only. Please ask at reception if you wish to exchange an item. Exchanges can only be made for the same item. E.g. you can exchange a Small Black Hoodie for a Medium Black Hoodie.

    Any items you are exchanging must be in their original condition, and will be inspected for any damage.
