1.1. We accept returns within 28 days from the date of delivery.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.3. The following items are not eligible for returns: – Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons) – Items marked as non-returnable or final sale – Customized or personalized items.
Initiation of Return:
2.1. To initiate a return, please go to our Returns Page and complete the Returns Form.
Return Postage:
3.1. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, except in cases where the item received was defective or damaged.
3.2. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to return the item(s) to ensure safe delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund:
4.1. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow up to14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
